All the yarn we use for crocheting flowers is made of high-quality milk cotton. The yarn is produced by two different brands, so there may be some slight variations in color.

These crochet flowers are made by hand, each taking lots of time to crochet. They are crafted by different crocheters, so there may be slight variations in the crocheting and assembly methods.
Can I bend crochet flower ？
The stems are made of iron wire, so they are easy to bend to the style you like. What’s important to note is to be gentle and careful when bending these crochet flowers.
Would there be any color discrepancy between the crochet flowers in the photo and the actual ones?

How long will it take to get my order?
After payment of the order, we will ship the order within 1-3 working days and provide tracking Numbers. We are based in Seattle. How to customize a bouquet?
You can choose the flowers you like from our website yepvivi.com or Please email us (yepvivi@outlook.com) and we will discuss your vision, color preferences, and any other details you want to include. We will create the customized especially for you. After payment we will start working on this project. Then we will send you an email once all work is done. After your confirmation, we will deliver your crochet gift soon.
About Return and refunds policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
